Available Beef

WE HAVE BEEF OPENINGS FOR SEPTEMBER 2024 and January 2025
We raise our cattle using organic practices and they are 100% grass-fed with no grain, GMO's, hormones, or antibiotics. Our Austrian Pinzgauer cattle are rotationally grazed on quality pasture constantly improved with regenerative practives.

We chose the Pinzgauer breed because of it's ability to provide tender marbled meat on a grass-fed/finished diet. Pinzgauer cattle possess the unique capability to disperse fat evenly throughout muscle while minimizing external carcass fat cover, leading to tender, tasty beef with little waste from trimming. Studies have shown that Pinzgauers produce meat that is among the most tender of any beef breed and routinely exceeds other breeds in juiciness and flavor. Because of the enzyme makeup of these animals, the meat retains its tenderness without the use of artificial chemical processes. It is some of the best beef we've eaten and I don't think you will go back after you have tried it. 

We have 3 cattle heading in September and 3 in January with openings for quarters, halves, and whole sides of our delicious Pinzgauer beef.
